Sometimes the reset isn’t doing more ~ it’s moving the energy.

I find this assist me so much when my energy feels stuck or dense!

I can feel my space needing a reset and clearing out the old for the new energy to flow in!

Opening the windows.

Cleaning the space.

Grounding into a few simple self care rituals.

Letting your body lead.

When you turn the ordinary into something fun and playful, everything shifts.

Slow down.

Feel your movements.

Breathe yourself back into center.

One of my favorite ways to do this?

Throw on a sick DJ set from YouTube, this one is @bellajords set) put on sunglasses, and act like I’m in the club while cleaning and dancing my energy out. 💃🖤

It’s simple. It’s somatic. It works.

So here’s your invitation today:

Not to produce.
