This Pink Panther got away with the biggest heist of the night. 🐾 💎 💘

Six weeks of rehearsals, unexpected twists, a few casualties, and one unforgettable performance.

I am so proud of what we accomplish in a short amount of time. I learned so much about myself and can’t wait to carry this onto the next chapter.

To my incredible dance partner Javier who presented and choreographed this artistic vision ; I enjoy every minute embracing and bringing Le Panthera to life 🐾 💕 . To my family, friends, sponsors, donors, the Bella Li Studio team, and every single person who cheered, contributed, encouraged, and believed in me. You were all part of this beautiful heist.

What started as a dance competition became a journey of rediscovery, meaningful connections (and reconnections!) and a reminder that some of life’s greatest victories can’t be measured by a trophy.

I am Latina when I close my eyes, apparently 🤭

Javier also says I am a “former world champion with amnesia” - I’ll take it as a compliment. I really embraced ballroom for the last month and enjoyed learning so much about it. It reminds me of 6am practice sessions on the ice rink. Just me, the music, and the freedom to move. Then it was off to school, only to wake up and do it all over again.

I didn’t realize how much I missed that feeling until I found myself on a dance floor all these years later.

Life looks so different now that rarely leaves little room for anything spontaneous. While preparing for the gala, I’ve rediscovered something that once brought me so much joy and freedom.

And perhaps my favorite part of this entire experience is realizing that we never really lose the parts of ourselves we once loved - including the people who still show up for us after so many years 💞. Sometimes, we just need a little music to find them again. 🪩

I am incredibly honored to be recognized in Modern Luxury’s 2026 Dynamic Women Spotlight, alongside inspiring women who are leading, creating, and making an impact in our community.

Building Bella Li Studio has been one of the most challenging and rewarding chapters of my life. Behind the beautiful moments are years of sacrifice, quiet resilience, lessons learned, and countless times I had to believe in myself before anyone else did.

As a mother, entrepreneur, and woman who is still discovering who she is becoming, this recognition feels especially meaningful.

I’ve learned that success isn’t simply about how far we rise, but about the people we uplift, the opportunities we create, and the legacy we leave behind.

I’ve had the honor of attending the Dynamic Women’s Luncheon since its early days, I was one day away from giving birth to my daughter Ella, when it was just a handful of tables at the Mandarin Oriental in Washington, DC. Years later, I still find myself pinching myself as I see my name among the beautifully curated tables, surrounded by extraordinary women making their mark across industries throughout the DMV.

What makes this experience even more meaningful is witnessing the evolution of the women around me. Watching colleagues grow into new chapters, businesses flourish, friendships form, and new connections blossom. And now, seeing some of my own clients attend for the very first time brings me a special kind of pride.

These are the moments that remind me how far we’ve all come, and how much more is possible when we make room for one another to grow.

@jessalacart, you have created something truly special. You embody the spirit of sisterhood and women uplifting women. I am so grateful to you and your entire team for cultivating a community that continues to redefine what connection, celebration, and empowerment look like for women across the DMV.

Because true success isn’t just about the doors we open for ourselves, but the doors we hold open for the women coming after us. 🤍

If there’s one thing I learned last night, it’s that there are a million different ways to be a dynamic woman. ✨

Journalists, chefs, piano teachers, florists, skin and hair wizards (shoutout to my own miracle workers!), jewelry and baby clothes designers, realtors, financial advisors-and one very happy antitrust lawyer-all in one room, swapping stories, celebrating each other’s successes, and cheersing espresso martinis. 🍸

What I love about @dcmagazine ‘s Dynamic Women issue is that it celebrates women who are building businesses, breaking boundaries, following their passions, and making DC a more interesting place to live.

I left feeling incredibly inspired, with a few new friends and approximately 37 new life goals. 💕👯‍♀️
