Reflecting on the Lords faithfulness with how far He’s taken me since transferring to SEU last year. It was the biggest leap of faith and I can say that He has blessed me beyond what I could have ever imagined. He’s so good!!

I finished my freshman year of college!!

If I had to use one word to describe this year, it would be Manasseh-which means “to forget.” Not because the past never happened, but because the Lord has healed me so deeply that I no longer carry the same weight I once did. The things that used to feel so heavy no longer rest on my shoulders the way they used to. Through His kindness and faithfulness, Jesus has brought me into a freedom I used to only dream and pray for.

Over this past year, the Lord has healed my heart in ways I never thought possible. In the quiet and ordinary moments, He slowly restored parts of me I thought would always feel broken. Little by little, He taught my heart how to truly live again. The girl who once prayed through tears is now living in the joy she used to only imagine.

I’ve learned that life changes constantly-people change, seasons change, places change-but Jesus remains steady through it all. He is my rock, my anchor, my safe place in every storm.

The thirteen-year-old version of me dreamed in fragments of this life, holding onto tiny pieces of hope, never fully knowing if it could become reality. And now, somehow, I’m living inside the answered prayers she once whispered to God.

What I’m most grateful for over this past year is Jesus. He is my best friend, my Father, my comforter, my peace. He has been faithful in every season.

He is everything.
