whoops, been a little busy at hogwarts and maybe wanted to soak in one of the BEST NIGHTS OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!! harry potter has been such a special part of my life for as long as i can remember, and @_sophiegrace18_ gave me a night i will never be able to put into words. i finally got my letter!!!! 🦉💌
when i first thought about doing my shot book, i was so scared because 21 felt like such a big number. i wondered if i could even come up with 21 people who meant that much to me, or even cared that much about me. but looking back, i realize how silly that fear was. how lucky am i to be surrounded by so many people who love me enough to step into my little world and make my biggest dreams come true? even the ones who think harry potter is silly showed up, dressed up, and celebrated something they knew meant everything to me. those little things will never be little to me.
little me could have only dreamed of a night like this. growing up doesn’t mean leaving the things we love behind; sometimes, we get to live them out surrounded by the people who make life feel magical. if i could keep one memory forever, it would be this one. my heart has never felt so full, and i’ll never be able to thank everyone enough for making a childhood dream feel even more magical than i imagined.
