Expectation vs. Reality

Narrator: Once again… it did not, in fact, look sick. 😂

Different bodies.
Different styles.
Different problems.
That's the beauty of Jiu-Jitsu. 🥋

I’m just grateful to be here… from white belt to brown belt, and still learning every single day.🤎🥋

There’s something truly special about training under a woman who has already walked the path you’re on. Grateful for the rounds, the lessons, the corrections, and the constant reminder that there is always another level to reach.

You don’t earn the next level by being comfortable. You earn it through hard rounds, getting caught, making adjustments, and showing up ready to do it all over again.

There’s no room for ego in jiu jitsu. Just work. Get uncomfortable. Get better. Repeat.

Thank you, Coach Bella. Thank you, to the rest of my coaches and teammates at @strongbasejiujitsu .🫶

I’m proud to be a brown belt. Even prouder to be a student.

Iron sharpens iron. 🤎🖤
