My cóctel 🍹 de vitaminas ha sido mi salvación 🧚‍♀️

Porque mi glow no empieza con maquillaje… empieza desde adentro. ✨

Este es uno de mis rituales favoritos de la mañana: mi Morning Glow. 🧊💛

Desde que empecé a ser más intencional con mi nutrición y mis hábitos, he notado cambios que amo: me siento con más energía durante el día, mi digestión se siente mucho mejor y hasta he notado cambios en la apariencia de mi piel, mis uñas y mi cabello. ✨

Pero más allá de un producto, para mí se trata de crear un hábito: darle a mi cuerpo lo que necesita y aprender a cuidarme de adentro hacia afuera.

Y ahora quiero hacerlo acompañada. 🤍

Sometimes you are so focused on working for your next goal, that you forget to look around and realize that you are already living things that one day you only dreamed of. 🥹✨

Giving a class in Cappadocia, surrounded by a landscape that seemed unreal and watching the sunset... was one of those moments when I thought: wow, my life really changed when I decided to bet on myself.

And if I’m still learning something, it’s that you have to dream big, constantly work on your best version, take risks and get out of your comfort zone, even when you don’t know exactly where it’s going to take you.

Because there are opportunities that you will never find by staying in the same place. There are doors that only appear after you decide to move.

So dream bigger. Do what scares you. Work to become the person capable of sustaining the life you are asking for. ❤️‍🔥

And who knows... maybe that “yes” that you are still afraid to say is the beginning of something that today you can’t even imagine. ✨

Si hace unos años me hubieran dicho que iba a estar viviendo todo esto… probablemente no lo hubiera creído.

Pero los cambios grandes no llegan por suerte.

Llegan cuando decides cambiar tú.

Cada entrenamiento, cada hábito, cada decisión y cada día de disciplina me trajeron hasta aquí.

Y todavía siento que apenas estoy empezando. 💚✨
