About last Saturday, women from 10 different clubs showed up to train and level up together 💪😍 For some it was the first time training using the Constraint Led Approach. We worked mostly on 🐢 and 🐨. Great to see everyone work hard and having fun! Also open mat was well used to chat and have some fun rolls with new people. #BJJ #ladiesonly #femalefighters #cla #gamification

Hi girlies, this Thursday 19:00-20:30 is our 3rd session of P4P Girl Only Open mat ✨

And the best part? It’s open to ALL girls from ALL gyms. ♥️💜

The goal is simple: connect all the local BJJ girlies, build a solid crew, and share some good vibes on the mats.

Whether you’re a competitor or a vibe-and-roll girlie, you’re so welcome.
Come exchange techniques, chill… and maybe even run some marathon rolls if you’re feeling spicy. 🔥

Every FIRST Thursday of the month
19:00–20:30

Im excited to see you this Thursday 🥰
