Pilates: Strength. Core. Control.

Clubbing: Energy. Joy. Movement.

Turns out they're not that different. 💙

In the spirit of the World Cup, we’re handing out red cards for the biggest studio fouls. Consider yourself warned. 💙⚽

#ClubPilatesFranklinVillage #DoPilatesDoLife #StudioEtiquette #RespectTheSpace #WorldCupVibes

You reserved a spot. Someone else could have taken it. If plans change, cancel. It’s 30 seconds and it matters.

We get it. Life happens. But 6 minutes late isn’t 1 minute late. The class starts on time. It’s for your safety and out of respect for everyone who arrived on time. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can all start together, on time.

Grip socks aren’t optional. They keep you safe. They keep the reformer safe. They keep everyone’s feet where they belong. Wear them.

The reformer isn’t assigned seating. It’s first come, first served. If someone’s on it, find another one. Don’t be rude. Respect the flow.

Your phone is a distraction. For you AND everyone else. Silence it. The world can wait 50 minutes.

We’re not actually giving red cards. But we are asking you to show up with respect for the community you’re part of.

The ball? Optional. The struggle? Mandatory. The core engagement? Very, very real. 😉

Mother Nature had other plans today. ❄️

We’re closed this morning 2/24, due to the snowstorm, but don’t worry, your Pilates practice doesn’t have to be. We’re offering two virtual classes today so you can keep moving from the warmth of your living room. Check your email for details on how to join!

Evening classes may happen if conditions improve - we’ll keep you posted via Stories throughout the day.

Stay safe, stay warm, and if you venture outside... engage that core. Those sidewalks are no joke. 💙
