LVLUP SOCIAL // DONE RIGHT. 🥊🧊🧋

A huge thank you to everyone that attended, you are why we created LVLUP ! It’s wonderful to see the community expand.

From hard rounds to a recovery session in the sauna and plunge pools. Great conversations over shakes – this was exactly what we are about.

These socials give us the chance to push each other, get to know one another a little better and have a laugh along the way. Carving out a few hours in the weekend can make all the difference for a reset.

Type 2 fun with a great group of people

Last Saturday I stepped into @ministryofsoundgames with the @get.repowr team

Teamed up with @mafioison and together we entered the pain cave. Ended up with second place🥈

They’d turned the entire club into a fitness arena with 4 x 12-minute workouts, lights, music and an atmosphere unlike anything I’ve competed in before

Such a cool concept. The way they mixed the energy of a nightclub with fitness was just incredible

Comfort is predictable. Growth rarely is.

I’ve realised becoming a better version of yourself isn’t always about working harder. Sometimes it’s about saying yes to the unfamiliar and stepping into places you never imagined yourself being.

The best version of yourself is usually found just outside what’s familiar. New places. New people. New challenges. New perspectives.

Not every opportunity works out, but every experience leaves you with something. You’ll rarely regret becoming someone with a broader perspective than you had yesterday.

Couldn’t have asked for a better first hybrid experience.
