Welcome to Center Pointe in Lehi, Utah.

Elevated townhome living in the heart of Utah County.

10-foot ceilings.
Warm natural materials.
Thoughtful architectural details.
Beautiful kitchens.
Refined finishes.

And spaces designed to feel just as good as they look.

We wanted these Lehi townhomes to feel different from the moment you walk through the door. More intentional. More sophisticated. More like a home you’d expect to find at a completely different price point.

And the location is hard to beat.

Center Pointe puts you close to shopping, dining, everyday conveniences, and the Murdock Canal Trail—with easy access to everything that makes Lehi and northern Utah County such a desirable place to live.

Luxury doesn’t always need to announce itself.

Sometimes, you can simply feel it.

Only two remain at Center Pointe.

From studs to screen time.
What started as a back deck and excavation of 16’ ft turned into an empty shell is now a fully immersive home theater, custom-designed down to the last sparkle in the galaxy wall. We managed the design vision, coordinated the construction, and created a one-of-a-kind experience for this client.

Next up: Installing the fiber-optic star ceiling and marquee poster walls for that final wow factor.

From vision to reality — this English-inspired Dark Academia Library is nearly complete, and we’re swooning over the details. The deep green walls, rustic beams, and custom cabinetry are a moody match made in design heaven. We started with our 3D rendering and then decided to go with a dark wood for the cabinetry to tie in the rich wood tones in the other areas of the main floor. Every step of the remodel brought us closer to this timeless, collected look — and now it’s a space that will its own story.

Stay tuned for the finishing touches… we’re just getting started.
