Happy Friday! This week’s picks are all from LOCAL makers 🤲 and there is (unsurprisingly) a theme of ancestral traditions and nutrient density!

2- Mother’s Best liver pills serving the original superfood in a flavorless delivery

5- The most epic organ, colostrum, collagen, and mineralizing protein powder!
6- Fertility tonic to support the body in maintaining a state of health and vitality before pregnancy with nutrient dense, reproductive system focused herbs and adaptogens.

A cozy mineral rich latte to nourish your overall wellbeing ✨

black sesame paste- a source of iron, calcium, healthy fats + antioxidants- it’s often used in TCM to nourish kidney essence, support overall vitality, and aid in hair and skin health

@primalkitchenfoods coconut collagen rich in amino acids to support skin, hair, nails + connective tissue

@bellyofthesun ghee deeply nourishing, a rich source of healthy fats that makes this latte extra creamy and satisfying

maple syrup- because it’s the best natural sweetener imo + trace minerals

@bajagoldsaltco obvious addition

milky + heavy cream for me

One of my favorite drinks to make on repeat as the days start to get cooler and when I feel I need some extra support ❤️a little ritual for warmth, nourishment + replenishment. 🌿

Taking care of my clients AND my body!

Some days are busier than others, and on those days it’s even MORE important to fuel my body with:

🥑 nourishing foods (even if it’s take-out!)

☕️ nourishing fats in my coffee (@bellyofthesun ghee is my fave!)

💧trace minerals for hydration (in anything with water!)

💪 movement for my mitochondria (and weights to build muscle!)

Summer has been beautifully full. So it took me a minute to finally make this reel. ❤️

This was one of our biggest weddings of the summer, set against the stunning backdrop of @schrammsbergestate in Nevada City, we created one of our most abundant and memorable spreads of the season.

We welcomed guests with an abundant grazing table featuring homemade dips, quiches, artisan cheese platters, freshly baked homemade breads, seasonal fruit, and so much more. As guests mingled, we served passed appetizers before the main event—our charcoal BBQ. We grilled locally raised, grass-fed meats from @familyfriendlyfarms , including tri-tip, New York steaks, ribeye, and lamb chops, all cooked over live charcoal to accompany a vibrant Middle Eastern local feast.

To end the evening, guests gathered around a beautiful dessert table filled with flaky, fragrant baklava, delicate mini pavlovas, and rich chocolate mousse.

None of this would have been possible without our incredible team. Every event is a true collaboration, and I’m so grateful for everyone who help bring these celebrations to life.

We never take for granted the trust our clients place in us to be part of one of the most meaningful days of their lives. That trust is something we deeply honor, and it’s why we pour our hearts into every dish, every table, and every detail.

Watching guests gather around the food, seeing their excitement, and receiving the heartfelt messages afterward—that’s what it’s all about. Those moments remind us why we do what we do.

Thank you @little.safta @bellyofthesun for trusting us to be part of your story. 🤍

📷 Thank you @shlomiseri for all the help and capturing the magic.

Foundations for transformation 🌀

🍳Nourishing Foods! 🥩

Breakfast above:
👉omelette w/ garden veggies + bacon + cheese + heavy cream + guac
👉coffee w/ @bellyofthesun extra caramelized ghee + heavy cream

Eggs are essential (choline), meat is essential (protein), animal fats & other healthy fats are essential (cholesterol is vital), vegetables are healthy IN SEASON (carbs)

🍣 Seafood is essential (DHA), especially for your eyes and brain. Have it once a day multiple times a week.

Seems to be more common knowledge now to eat protein before having caffeine. 🥓👉☕️

☀️ The timing of your breakfast matters. Get sunrise light in your 👀 before or as you eat. Eat within an hour or less of waking so you get a nice, steady cortisol rise.

Eat your last meal before or at sunset. Give your body 2-4 hours time to digest before bed.

Your body will thank you! 👏👏👏 I have watched many women improve their health with these simple steps, including myself.

What is the best nutrition tip that helped you?
