s/o to Maren for inviting me to sit by her when I secluded myself alone on the back row. Was having some serious “i don’t belong here” self doubt when I heard her call my name. Funny I was having those thoughts when I was literally at an event to remind me and all of us that I belong. My mental health has been in the dumpster and real rude to me so i just really am thankful for Maren making me feel included that day ♥️

This deserves a permanent space on my feed because what is more important than letting people know they are loved and wanted!! 💙🦋

The @belongprojectt hosted their first event today. I met so many incredible women for the first time and loved being surrounded by people who could feel the importance of this message!

We also did Pilates, tried electrolytes and protein shakes made by Bev soda bar using @just.ingredients.shop, got Vitamin B shots, and made new friends!

Congrats to @allieseabock for creating a safe and welcoming space for us!
