Thanks @ryan.g.grant for the community service.

Such a privilege to have someone as talented on the tools as Granty point his lens my way. Wish I had some more worthy tricks in my arsenal but I’ll take what I can get. Thanks mate!

Also threw in one of @christophermcdonald54. So sick. Thanks @redhotfreshcontent with the surprise BTS.

Over the years we have done our best to reduce our studio’s waste and have been down a variety of circular rabbit holes researching possible ways to re-use those unsellable, broken or faulty pieces.

For those of you who have followed us for some time, you would have seen our Re: MM journey from close-loop porcelain through to mosaics and road-base. Our current solution (and one we have dreamt of for years) is to turn our ceramic shards into skateable objects by swapping out part of the aggregate for our ceramic shards when pouring fresh crete.

To test the concept and it’s skateability - we banged up a slappy curb from recycled timber with @redhotfreshcontent and installed it at @belza_diy with the the hope that over years of being worn down by a variety of trucks, that the curb turns into a kind of terrazzo revealing shards of tumblers of all different colours.

Now our recycled ceramic slappy curb is complete we will keep you updated on how it ages ♻️

@belza_diy is a magical place and loving the opportunity to make some graphics for the next fundraiser. The toy couch was a great addition to discover one session only to find it burnt to smithereens the next.

Concrete Chaos 3 - July 4 at the BELZA DIY. Bands, BBQ and a skate jam. Come buy some merch and donate to the build
