They didn’t think I’d keep up
I said without a doubt I will
They tried to put their best foot forward
But learned my shoes are hard to fill

Join us in congratulating Ben Capitel (PC ’23) on being named April’s Brother of the Month!

Ben is a senior Entrepreneurship major from Frisco, Texas. Throughout his time at OU, Ben has remained involved in Pi Kappa Alpha and recently finished up his role as CAC College Bowl Chair - an impressive achievement that reflects his leadership and dedication.

Ben exemplifies what it means to be a PIKE, demonstrating excellence as a scholar, leader, athlete, and gentleman. His favorite PIKE memory has been living in the house and building strong relationships, especially with his PC brother, James Stanton.

Following graduation, Ben plans to build a career in new venture development and financial advisory services. The Beta Omicron chapter looks forward to seeing his continued growth and leadership. Congratulations Ben!

best week ever.

Three years ago I joined every club I found but this one just stuck. It feels like yesterday I was sitting in the union at my first ever College Bowl meeting.

Serving as @caccollegebowl chair this year has been nothing short of incredible. I had the best exec, had the first ever alumni game to celebrate 25 years & I got to spend the year preparing with my team for the best tournament yet. I am so thankful to have had a vice chair team that believed in me, even when it was difficult cause I wouldn’t stop talking, an exec team that was truly a dream come true & to have served on CAC General Council this year alongside my best friends. Thank you all for believe in me, always.

Three years on College Bowl has shown me just how important CAC is on campus. It has been so fulfilling to serve in this capacity and I am so excited to announce that I am the 2025-2026 CAC Chair Elect. This has been a dream since freshman year here at OU & it wouldn’t be possible without all the students & my friends here on campus. Thank you all for everything and I am so excited to start making WAVES!🌊
