100km, 12 hours! Broken, but every ache had a purpose💜Men’s Mental Health Awareness, and Suicide Prevention.

Every step was for the men we’ve lost—and for every man still fighting a battle in silence. Keep choosing tomorrow. 💙🌈

You are not weak for asking for help. You matter. Keep going. ❤️

A big Thank you to those who stopped by to say “well done,” ran alongside me, supported from afar, sent messages, kept me in your thoughts, donated so generously, or simply chose to keep living another day because of this message—thank you.

@outlineaotearoa You are amazing and thanks for what you do. Privileged to be able to support.
@lesmillsbritomart I’m truly in awe of your kindness, support, and for going above and beyond to make this challenge possible. Thank you for believing in me and the cause. 💙

You still got time to donate- click the link on my bio 🙏

It’s incredibly cool to see people wanting to take that massive leap from the floor to the stage, showing such bravery and commitment to their training and our community 💪
This is just the start. Stay tuned as we shape our next generation of Instructors! Excited to see some of these amazing members join our team ❤️

Your next ‘a-ha!’ moment is realising that your mental, emotional, social, work, physical, and spiritual wellbeing aren’t separate from each other — they’re synergistic with each other.

Now it’s about finding the activities and routines that allow you to live out the interconnectedness of them all.
