Shrimp Bruschetta

Ciabatta French bread or sourdough whatever you have.
Fresh shrimp, (cook it lol) frozen shrimp thaw it
Tomato either roasted whole or make my tomato jam (@amymadeitbetter tomato basil BLT )
Crushed pistachios
Pesto either homemade or from TJ
Olive oil
Lemon zest
Balsamic glaze
Parmesan cheese shredded grated whatever you have

Take your bread of choice and slice it add some olive oil and salt it lightly bake the bread so it’s toasty not too hard you want it soft ish

Slather the bread with pesto add the tomato jam add the shrimp(sauté it for a few minutes I add olive oil lemon and salt and pepper) i chop mine but you can keep it whole too
Add some parm pistachios basil lemon zest and top
With balsamic glaze you can also drizzle some olive oil too. I mean dude. It’s good

Don’t even know how to caption this. Exceptional food all weekend long. Golden Steer for prime rib, crab legs, lobster tails, bone marrow, beef cheek croquettes and more. Cheeseburgers and pizza at Via Via food hall. And SW Steakhouse for short rib ravioli, ribeyes, creamed spinach, etc! #thankful
