@lskd x @turfgamesaus 🖤 This one was pretty special. One team session together 😂, rolled in, held our own and had an absolute hell of a time doing it. But more than the result, it was the people. What a privilege to compete alongside an incredible bunch of genuinely good humans, representing a brand and a community that I’ve loved and believed in for a long time. At 37, I think I appreciate these opportunities differently now. I’m not competing because I’m trying to hold onto some younger version of myself. I’m competing because I still CAN. Because this body has been looked after, challenged, trained and respected enough that I can roll from competition to competition this season, step into adversity, do hard things, recover, and keep showing up. And that’s something I’m incredibly grateful for. There’s something pretty powerful about getting older and realising that growth doesn’t mean slowing down. Sometimes growth is learning your body better. Training smarter. Recovering harder. Choosing the right people. Looking after yourself when nobody is watching. And building a body and a life that continue to let you say YES when opportunities like this come around. That’s what I love about this. And it’s what I love about @lskd, the people, the community, the values and the belief in becoming better versions of ourselves. So to be able to step onto the floor as both an athlete and community brand partner made this one mean a little more. ❤️ Nothing but love and gratitude for the crew, the weekend and a body that keeps allowing me to do some pretty cool shit. 37 years young. Still competing. Still learning. Still growing. Still choosing the hard things. And definitely not done yet. 🤝 Next stop… @fitstopfitness GLOBAL GAMES 🌎🔥 #turfgamessummerfestival #turfgames #lskd #fitstop #athlete
