Beyond their physical form, pavilions offer opportunities to experiment with materials, challenge architectural conventions, and bring overlooked histories into focus. In this ICFF Talks Highlight, Jen Wood and Emanuel Admassu of AD—WO, moderated by Ben Dreith, explore Pavilions: Between Architecture and Design, discussing how research, storytelling, and collaboration can expand the possibilities of the built environment. ARCA Talks Vol. 1 Where is design headed? We brought the question to the table, and let the conversation unfold. We brought together Ben Dreith from Dezeen, Tamara Feldman, Kati Curtis, and Tony Piloseno for a conversation on what’s next in design, interiors, creativity, and color. The best part? Having our clients in the room. Sharing ideas, asking questions, and being part of the conversation. Good conversations deserve good food, good drinks from Atomica and a little end-of-summer celebration. We’re just getting started. ARCA Talks see you at the next one. 🖤 #ARCATalks #ARCAWorld #InteriorDesign #DesignTalks #FutureOfDesign

Design is constantly evolving—and so are the ways we tell its stories, shape our cities, and rethink the spaces we inhabit. Day 2 on the ICFF Mainstage brought together editors, architects, and design leaders to explore the changing role of media, the future of New York City’s design economy, the pavilion as a space for experimentation, and the growing convergence of home, office, hospitality, and retail environments. From publishing and public policy to architecture and multipurpose living, these conversations reflected the ways design continues to adapt to cultural shifts and shape how we connect with the world around us. The Mainstage is sponsored by Moroso and L-Acoustics, and designed by RADS – Rodolfo Agrella.
