MOVEMENT STANDARDS FOR RX TEAMS OF 4

We’re breaking down the movement standards to make sure everyone knows exactly what’s required on competition day!

For all other divisions please read below 👇

RX TEAMS OF 2: I haven’t covered this division separately, as the movement standards are the same as RX Teams of 4, the only difference is the team format, with 2 athletes are working You Go, I Go (YGIG) format.

INTERMEDIATE TEAMS OF 4 & TEAMS OF 2:
The movement standards are the same across both divisions as the videos above EXCEPT, with the only difference being the Hanging Knee Raises (HKR) instead of (TTB) standard and jump or step over the wall how ever you like instead of (2 Foot Jump) standard.

➡️HKR - Teams of 4 Intermediate
* 2 athletes working in synchro.
* Both athletes hang from the bar with arms and legs fully extended
* Both knees must rise above the hips.
* Both athletes must return to the hanging position above before the next rep.

➡️HKR - Teams of 2 Intermediate
* You Go, I Go (YGIG) format.
* Athletes alternate reps, with each rep meeting the required movement standard above

➡️Wall Facing Burpees Teams of 4 Intermediate
* 2 athletes working in synchro
* Athletes may jump or step over the wall whichever works best for you
* Same chest and thigh + over the wall standards as the video above
* In the demonstration video, a barbell has been used in place of the wall.
* On competition day, there will be an actual wall to get over, set at the same height as the barbell shown in the video.

➡️Wall Facing Burpees Teams of 2 Intermediate
* You Go, I Go (YGIG) format.
* Athletes alternate reps, with each rep meeting the required movement standard above

🎥 Watch the video, familiarise yourself with the standards, and make sure you’re ready to go!

The biggest lesson I've learned in over 10 years in the fitness industry is this:

Physical change is the last thing that happens.

Before your body changes, your mindset changes. Your habits change. Your discipline changes. Your daily choices change.

If you're not seeing results yet, keep going. Consistency is the key. The work you're putting in today is creating the person you'll become tomorrow.

The way I look at 45—my physique, my abs, my health—isn't the result of a perfect training program, the perfect nutrition plan, or a 12-week challenge.

It's the result of changing the way I think.

I changed my mentality.
I changed my habits.
I changed my lifestyle.
I changed my priorities.

I realised that my health is my greatest asset, and I started treating it that way every single day.

Fitness isn't about chasing a quick transformation. It's about becoming the kind of person who never gives up on themselves.

Stay consistent. Trust the process.
