The @zona.technical.engineering team enjoyed a fun evening together watching Spider-Man! 🍿🕷️

Last week we celebrated with an office pizza party then hurried to the theater for our showing! From the new trailers and heartfelt soundtrack to sharing our post-movie reviews, it was a great way to enjoy a summer evening together!

Taking time to connect outside the office helps build the relationships that make our team stronger. We're grateful for opportunities like these to relax, have a few laughs, and enjoy each other's company.

Here's to great teammates, great memories, and making the most of summer!

One of the highlights of our internship program is connecting our interns with our leadership team.

Last week, our five summer interns joined @zona.technical.engineering's owners for lunch, where they discussed career paths, industry experiences, project work, and what it takes to build a successful career in the A/E/C industry.

We believe mentorship is an important part of every internship experience, and we're grateful for the opportunity to invest in the next generation of engineers and industry professionals.

Thank you to our interns for the great conversation! We're excited to watch you continue to grow throughout the summer!

How many interns does it take to change a light bulb? It’s week four of @zona.technical.engineering’s summer interns, but fixing the lights is just one of their many tasks. Let’s see what else is on the orientation list…

- Site Visits
- Drafting
- Hard Hat Zones
- Chess Matches
- A BBQ Lunch…twice
- Development Sessions
- Meeting with clients

Great job to our interns. We can’t wait to see what’s next!

Welcome 2026 Summer Interns!
We are thrilled to announce the arrival of @zona.technical.engineering 2026 Summer Interns: Micah Case, Cassandra Abraham, Lillian Thai, Ben Harding, and Amelia Sommerhauser! These outstanding students from @uarizona and @azengineering bring with them impressive academic achievements, diverse perspectives, and ambitious goals.

Throughout the summer, they’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our employees to contribute to active projects, collaborate across teams, and gain valuable experience in the A/E/C industry. From developing technical knowledge to building new professional skills, we’re looking forward to supporting their growth and helping them gain hands-on experience in the field. Their internships will offer hands-on experience, opportunities to develop new skills, and a chance to explore careers in the MEP sector.

Welcome to the Zona Team Micah, Cassandra, Lillian, Ben, and Amelia! We look forward to seeing all that you will accomplish and the positive impact you will make during your time with us.
