#CoastalFB2026 🌴🏈

Next up in our 2026 Coastal Carolina Football Roster Outlook series with the tight ends.

Swipe through to check out the 2026 TE room.

#ChantsUp

TE: Zach Courtney

First up in the tight end room is redshirt senior Zach Courtney.

Courtney returns to Conway for his third season in teal after recording nine receptions for 120 yards in 2025. The veteran is expected to enter the season as Ca big part of Coastal’s offense.

TE: Brown Reaves

Next up in the tight end room is sophomore Brown Reaves.

The local product returns to Conway after seeing action primarily on special teams as a freshman. Reaves will look to carve out a larger role on offense and earn more snaps in 2026.

TE: Ben Verges

Next up in the tight end room is sophomore Ben Verges.

Verges returns to Conway for his second season after not appearing in a game as a freshman. He’ll look to break into a talented tight end room and compete for playing time this fall.

TE: Cyrus Ellison

Next up in the tight end room is South Carolina State transfer Cyrus Ellison.

Ellison arrives in Conway after totaling 14 receptions for 159 yards and one touchdown at South Carolina State last season. The South Carolina native stays home for his final year of college football.

TE: Jackson Kohl

Rounding out the tight end room is Missouri State transfer Jackson Kohl.

Kohl spent his freshman season at Missouri State under current Coastal Carolina head coach Ryan Beard. The former three-star recruit appeared in three games and will compete for a significant role in the tight end room this season.
