Thanks to everyone who joined us at @revfilmfest for the premiere of In a Sentimental Mood 🎷

It was such a special night sharing this film with a room full of people who love music, storytelling, and the Ellington Jazz Club as much as we do. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came along, supported the film, and celebrated its first screening with us.

Stay tuned to see where In a Sentimental Mood will be screening next. 🎬✨

We are proud to partner with Good Luck Chelsea as we launch its fundraising campaign to raise $5000 and we are halfway there after 24 hours.

In a forgotten pocket of suburban Western Australia, Chelsea, 14, wakes before dawn, determined to get to her ballet exam. But the adults around her - addicted, abusive, or absent - won’t lift a finger. As Chelsea tries to navigate her world alone, the very fact that she is “just a kid” becomes her greatest obstacle - no one takes her seriously, no one helps, and no one sees the strength behind her quiet determination.

Good Luck Chelsea is a film for change and will work as a tool for education, awareness, and change. Whether it’s through discussion of these issues on the festival circuirt, or bringing Good Luck Chelsea into schools, youth programs, and community organisations, we aim to spark critical conversations about consent, resilience, and the systemic barriers that trap young people in cycles of harm. Through facilitated discussions, educational materials, and partnerships with advocacy groups, the film will serve as a bridge between fiction and real-world impact - helping young audiences recognise warning signs, speak up, and seek support.

With your support, Good Luck Chelsea can reach the people who need it most. Together, we can use the power of storytelling to create awareness, empower survivors, and drive meaningful change.

Details here including our incredible team of filmmakers and how you get on board. From little things big things grow. https://www.pozible.com/project/undefined
