I hope you can fall in love with doing anything that CHALLENGES you. I did.

Doing what’s EASY doesn’t produce GROWTH. It produces COMFORT. And comfort has never built anything GREAT.

Somewhere along the way, I got COMFORTABLE IN DISCOMFORT. “Organized Chaos” - KILLA

The pain, the pressure, the discipline, the repetition. I learned to embrace ALL OF IT. Because growth demands something from you that comfort NEVER will.

don’t chase easy. You gotta haunt EVOLUTION…

That same mentality is the foundation of THE SIXTH CODE.

Hit bro for training asap! @everrr.206 🥊

SATURDAY Catch us at The Reignman Classic Tournament at Thomas Jefferson High School 🏀 — COME SHOP THE HEALTHY OPTION. We’ll have BLEU CHIPS 🌀 and more Sixth Code products available!

HEALTH IS A DISCIPLINE. NOT A TREND.

Some places hold a piece of your heart forever. Central Boxing Gym is where my husband and I met, then became his and his son’s first weight loss and nutrition coach —long before our Princess 👸🏻❤️ was even a thought, before we could imagine the family, the journey, and the dreams we would build together.

Today, having the opportunity to call this very gym our own feels like life bringing us home. 🥊❤️

From opening our first gym in downtown Phoenix to moving cities and making sacrifices, we have carried a dream: to build something meaningful for our family and make the Benavidez name a household name. Returning to where our story began is a blessing we will never take for granted.

Opening these doors in our hometown means so much to us. We look forward to serving our Phoenix community, bringing you exciting shows and great fights, showcasing amateur talent, and helping aspiring professionals pursue their dreams of becoming champions.

Our hope is that someone walks through these doors, finds people who believe in them, and begins a journey that changes their life—just as this place changed ours.

To our team and everyone who has helped bring this dream to life: thank you. Your hard work, loyalty, and belief in us are part of this gym’s foundation. We are deeply grateful for you and for every opportunity that has brought us here.

Phoenix, we’re coming home with full hearts and big dreams. Let’s discover, develop, and celebrate our next champions together. ❤️🥊

📍 Central Boxing Gym • Phoenix, Arizona
✨ Grand Opening & First Fight Night: October 24

Stay tuned for more details. We can’t wait to welcome you into this next chapter of our story. @jose_benavidez_sr @ddaisyfit @

🥶 THE ICE MAN KEEPS ROLLING 🥊
Daniel “Ice Man” Blancas improves to 16-0 (8 KOs) after stopping Sergio Jimenez in the 7th round at Pechanga Arena in San Diego. What continues to stand out for me personally is the output, conditioning and sustained pressure coming from Blancas. The kid is nice 👊

You can see the fingerprints of Jose Benavidez Sr. and that Benavidez-style training system: high volume, intelligent pressure, tremendous conditioning and the willingness to keep working until the opponent breaks.

At 6’3”, with nearly 200 amateur fights and 13 national championships behind him, Blancas already had the pedigree. Now we’re watching that foundation develop into a dangerous professional style. Another fight. Another step forward. 16-0. Undefeated.

Who do you want to see Blancas fight next?

One day you’re gonna look around and realize the money, the cars, the clothes… none of that was the real reward. The real win was who you had to become to get there — the discipline, the patience, the sacrifices, the lessons, and the person you built when nobody was watching.

That’s the part nobody can ever take from you. TEAM BENAVIDEZ ‼️❤️‍🔥

@jose_benavidez_sr is out in Cali with Daniel Blancas getting him ready for the Pitbull Cruz card, but back home the work keeps moving. That’s what a real team does — everybody plays their part, everybody keeps pushing, and together we make sure the machine never stops running. 🥊💯

You set the standard, Senior. We’re just making sure it stays that way until you’re back.
