BROTHER. WE ARE CURRENTLY IN THE FINAL SCENE OF OUR LIVES. 💀🫣😭 But on a real note… this situation was ACTUALLY terrifying. 😭 if you’re hiking/camping/traveling in bear country, please take bear safety seriously. Carry bear spray, know how to use it BEFORE you need it, and keep it somewhere easily accessible, not buried at the bottom of your backpack. Your happiness is your responsibility. Go on that trip. Take that risk. You don’t want to be 75 and finally retiring from work to realize you forgot to live. You are the one in charge of your video game we call life.
Also, No one can make you feel emotions. You can only allow them to. This is easier said than done, but with practice and presence, You can stay happy.
