for a long time now its been a goal of mine to create a space where those around me could come together in any way. second week of 5am cold plunging and it means the world to me knowing 7 people i love chose to do something uncomfortable but we still all chose to do it together & for each other

somehow each sunrise in australia is better than the last, and somehow we still go in the water after we decide it’s ‘too cold’. i love our mornings, i love my friends, i love being a better person with them
