📢 How do you wellness?

Wellness is the active pursuit of making choices that benefit our physical, mental, and emotional well-being

Wellness truly could mean something super different for everybody 👏

Wellness is really just how you choose to spend your time 👏

💫 Here are some recent ways I practiced wellness:

5️⃣ Water is wellness

I’ve been gravitating towards the water lately, usually at the end of my work day or close to sunset, and there’s just something so peaceful about it [Pier 94 | Manhattan]

✨ Pier 94 at Hudson River Park
📍W 54th Street | 12th Ave | NYC

4️⃣ Walking is wellness

I try to walk between 2-3 miles a day or a total of 15 miles a week, and do some of my best thinking when I’m walking around and feeding off the energy of the people and city around me [Manhattan]

✨ 9th Avenue
📍Hell’s Kitchen, NYC

3️⃣ Food is wellness

I was invited and thrilled to attend The Infatuation’s EEEEEATSCON New York food fest—an annual event with 25+ standout restaurants from NYC and across the country; Good food and company will always be wellness for me [Pier 76 | Manhattan] OG 📷 featured by @benccollier

2️⃣ Cardio is wellness

Twice a week I try to spend 45 minutes on the elliptical—one of my favorite cardio machines to use when I’m at the gym

✨ Mercedes Club
📍550 W 54th Street | between 10th & 11th Ave | NYC

1️⃣ Nature is wellness

I’ve definitely been touching grass more than ever before and I especially love a setting where nature views meet city views

✨ Clinton Cove at Hudson River Park
📍W 55th Street | 12th Ave | NYC

Charming oyster bar in NYC

If seafood is your thing, please let me put you on to this charming oyster bar in the West Village

Welcome to Jeffrey’s Grocery, located on the corner of Waverly and Christoper Street in New York City

📍172 Waverly Place

When this spot first opened its doors over 15 years ago, it originally served as a neighborhood grocery store and café, before becoming the Jeffrey’s Grocery we’ve come to know

Today, guests can expect everything from fresh oysters and raw bar selections to signature dishes like the lobster roll and lobster spaghetti

Jeffrey’s Grocery serves dinner seven days a week, along with weekday lunch, oyster happy hour and weekend brunch

For reservations, head to OpenTable or stop in if you’re in the area

Let me know in the comments if you’ve been here before and be sure to follow for more of the best of NYC

Cheers!

Art Basel ‘25 and we’re keeping the vibrations high this time around 💫

It’s amazing what a difference in intention can create. I once used this week as an excuse to drink & party the whole week. 🍾 Wellness and art were not part of my Basel plans. 🤣

But now it’s a new season. Meaningful connections, thought provoking conversations, health as a lynchpin, accompanied by a growth mindset. Recipe for success if you ask me! 💫

Big thanks to Jay Meyer & the North & Warren team for bringing us all together.

#Mexico has always been one of my favorite places to travel—its culture, history, service, and wonderfully warm people are unmatched.

Looking forward to the work ahead and the impact we’ll create together for the #MexicanCaribbean mexicancaribbean.travel
