🥬🫙🌶️ Hi y’all! I’m Ben, founder of Benchi Kimchi. I’m looking forward to sharing my D.C. handcrafted, premium-aged kimchi, made to nourish your gut and delight your taste buds, at this year’s Edgewood Community Farm Holiday Market & Festival. 🧪 As a former science teacher, experimenting came naturally, and that curiosity led me to fermentation. Some people share their homemade cookies — I share my kimchi. My Spicy Reserve and Vegan Reserve Kimchi are packed with vibrant flavors, lasting freshness, and a satisfying crunch, plus 10 types of veggies. Please stop by my booth to try a sample and take one home! Ben ____ ❄️ @ecfarmdc’s Holiday Market & Festival runs from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 2304 2nd St. NE in D.C. and features hand-crafted gifts, music, children’s activities, cocoa, fire pits, and more! Free admission; RSVP via the link in our bio.

DC kimchi appreciators this is for you ‼️ I met @benchikimchi at the @farmersmarketsw this Saturday and had to try the free samples (ofc). I was sold immediately and it happened to be his first time there (universe). 🦦 All natural ingredients, authentic taste, and it packs a punch which is saying a lot for how much hot sauce I eat. From eggs to beef to tuna, tap in to @benchikimchi !🕺 #wackshacks #food #hiddengem #kimchi #eats #farmersmarket #dc #cooking #diet
