Ben Trevenna put the Evo 8 through its paces in the Open Class at WTAC. 🏁

Saturday’s first session at WTAC brought hotter conditions, making it tougher to match the previous day’s times, but the tyres were working well and the car stayed cool on @motul oil.

Everything was running smoothly heading into the shootout.

The @benchmark_evo upgraded its aero package to a Voltex Cyber unit this year and I’m all for it 🔥 both aesthetically and functionally. I’m not sure how much the Voltex pieces actually helped the car but it did shave off nearly 3 seconds from its 2025 best with a 1:32.770, so there’s that 🏁

One of the best things about @worldtimeattackchallenge is getting to share the track with so many of our friends and customers! 🏁🔥

Catching up in the pits, seeing familiar faces and watching everyone send it out on track is what makes WTAC such a great event.

It’s always good to capture what goes into a time attack weekend - The preparation of the car, what goes on in the background to ensure back to back sessions are successful with no issues. @benchmark.solutions consistently provide a solid car and believe it or not @benchmark_evo is still running a stock bottom end on the 4G63… just goes to show when tuned by the best in the business these things are reliable🤝

World Time Attack 2026 - What a weekend! Always a good time to catch up with a few people, see some wild builds and some solid track time. Shame the weather didn’t let us see the shootouts on Saturday afternoon. I’ve got High Res Photos and optional Canvas Prints available. Photos will be up on my Facebook page to flick through. If you like any you see send me a DM 🤝

🔥 HOME SAFE AND SOUND AFTER WORLD TIME ATTACK 🔥

Ben and the Evo have made it all the way back to Queensland after an absolutely massive weekend at World Time Attack Challenge.

And the car didn’t miss a beat. 💪

Well… apart from sending the front splitter into Turn 1 at one point. 😂

Huge credit to Benchmark Solutions. Building a Time Attack car is one thing — building one that can be driven this hard, lap after lap, all weekend and remain incredibly reliable is another.

280kW. Minimal aero. P4 in Open Class.
And 205km/h minimum speed through Turn 1, up from 183km/h last year.

There’s clearly a lot more left in Ben and this car.

Next year, more power is coming. 👀🔥

Pretty bloody cool seeing MUSSONS GARAGE across the back of it too. 💪

🔥 CURRENTLY TOP 4 IN OPEN CLASS 🔥

And the crazy part? Only 280kW.

When you look at the horsepower, machinery and budgets competing in Open Class at World Time Attack Challenge, what Ben and the team are achieving with this car is incredible.

No monster horsepower — just aero, chassis, setup, driving and making every single kilowatt count.

Pretty bloody cool seeing MUSSONS GARAGE across the back of it too. 💪

280kW. Open Class. Top 4.
Punching WAY above its weight. 🚀
