This is without doubt one of the most rewarding hikes I’ve ever done.

A 3am alarm, freezing temperatures, thin air and a slow, relentless climb to 4,167 metres. There were moments where every step felt like hard work, but that’s exactly what made standing on the highest peak in North Africa so special.

Some achievements stay with you because they weren’t easy. This is definitely one of them.

A huge thank you to the team we climbed with.

If you’re thinking about climbing Toubkal, stop thinking and do it. You won’t regret it.

6 months ago this lived only in my imagination

Yesterday I stood in the middle of London watching hundreds of people dance before 8am alongside @davinamccall @beginagain

It’s hard to put into words what that felt like....Not because of who was there.

But because of what was happening all around us 🫶🏼

People who had never met were laughing together.
People who’d come on their own were leaving with new friends.
For one hour, nobody cared what they looked like or what anyone thought 🙌🏽

They were just Free

When I lost my mum, I promised myself I’d spend the rest of my life helping people find more joy, because I’d learnt just how precious life really is.

Yesterday felt like that promise coming to life 🩷

Honestly man this has been such an unreal experience! My first 4000m mountain ✅

The best company really made it though, we still managed to have such a laugh whilst pushing our bodies to the extreme!

Trecking through mountain villages, staying in mountain refuge, gearing up in crampons and pushing to the summit, I just want to do it all over again ❤️

Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa.

Every step felt heavier as the altitude thinned the air. Oxygen drops, legs burn, heart pounds… but the team kept moving 🏔️💪
