To all the Women out there 🐝!! "Feminine power" Mural. Like the bees, women are wise, creative, strong, resilient hard workers, they work together and they are essential since they are pollinators. Women are pollinators too: of love, beauty and togetherness. Women and bees create and nurture life, they deserve respect and protection. The green mandalas in this mural represent a universe of hope, nature, growth, harmony, freshness and safety, also qualities of the feminine power. This mural was created in collaboration with the community and with youth from different backgrounds, genders and ages as tribute to the power of women and their important roll in society. Located in Overbrook at: Canadian Postmasters and Assistants Association 281 Queen Mary St, Ottawal Overbrook 4 corner Project Community Engaged Artist: Claudia Salguero, 2020 #murals #bees #womens #womenmonth #femeninepower #ottawaart #muralism #colombianartist🇨🇴
