The essence of Ninja traces back to a journey in Istanbul, where the vibrant streets and rich cultural heritage inspired our vision.

We embraced the mystique of ninjas to create a culinary experience that transcends the ordinary. By combining traditional kebab with elements reminiscent of samurai swordplay, we aimed to craft a dining adventure filled with stealth, mystery, and illusion.

Our brutalistic design choices, featuring wood, stainless steel, chrome, leather, travertine stone and rough painted walls, reflect our commitment to blending modernity with tradition.

Ninja isn’t just about fast food; it’s an experience that celebrates craftsmanship and cultural fusion. With each bite, Ninja invites you to explore the past, present, and future in harmony.

With love, Ruby
