Here is a simple contrast pairing that Baseball players can use to hit more bombs! ⚾️

First you find a heavy compound movement, here we use the Trap Bar Deadlift. Hit heavy sets of 3-5 reps. Then you CONTRAST the heavy with something light, fast, and dynamic. For this, we use a bodyweight reactive skater jump. Lower body power with lateral hip displacement will translate to more power at the plate!

If you’re looking to build more power DM me “BUILD” and let’s get rolling! 📥
