~I am beyond blessed for this sport that has made such an impact to my life. I will miss every bit of it and all of the memories I have made within the last 13 years. Having to say goodbye to the other half of me earlier than I expected hurts, but I am still grateful for how baseball has shaped me. I want to thank all of my teammates for making this sport as fun as it was. “I didn’t just play baseball… I grew up with it”

Righties step over the plate naturally. Don't force a perfect swing. Focus on getting your barrel to the ball consistently.

The more separation you create between your hips and shoulders, the faster and easier you can swing the bat. Pairing that with proper sequencing, you will not only hit the ball harder but also more consistently.
