Chapter One: Home.

Every wedding has details, but not every detail has a story.

At Lauren & John Paul’s wedding, every detail was intentional. It was never just about creating something beautiful. It was about surrounding themselves with the people, places, and memories that brought them here.

Long before there was a wedding,
there was a little girl growing up here.

This day holds far too many stories to tell in a single post. So instead of sharing a wedding…I’m sharing a memoir.

One chapter at a time. 🤍📖

The Bridesmaids & Getting Ready Moments.

Simplicity was the highlight of the floral designs and the Petite Bridal Bouquet alongside the Petite Bridesmaid Calla Lily Bouquets, embodied just that.

The Mother of The Bride gazing at her daughter, gave me goosebumps and chills. Her little girl all grown up, in her fairytale dress, ready to marry her best friend with her best gals by her side.

All the feels.

European meets Timeless Romantic for the Freeman’s.
The Pastels surrounding the Bride & Grooms Wedding Apparel beamed with light. The Freeman’s aesthetic and design was as if we were in Italy, gazing at the architecture and divine views. This day, hands down, was one to remember. The love, the kindness, the joy, was all around these two. There is an abundance to share, but here is a glimpse into this Autumn day. Congratulations to Garrison & Darby!

Appreciation to this team of Vendors 🦢

A couple who wasn’t afraid to lean into bold design. Garrison & Darby’s midsummer wedding was a true showstopper, blending lush garden florals with an atmosphere of effortless European elegance.

The design drew inspiration from a classic countryside villa; a palette of soft blues, creamy neutrals, pastel yellow, and blush pink creating a look that felt both refined and inviting. Layered textures and thoughtful tablescapes brought the vision to life, capturing the timeless charm of an intimate European garden soirée.

Sophisticated yet welcoming, the aesthetic balanced romance with vibrancy, proving that classic design can still feel fresh and full of personality. Set against the historic grounds of Edenvale Vineyard, Garrison & Darby said “I do” surrounded by rolling vines, blue skies, and the warmth of their closest family and friends. Truly one of my top favorite wedding designs from this most recent wedding season!

A lakeside rehearsal dinner with real roots
(and boots!)
His grandparents built the camp, and these high school sweethearts grew up spending summers here.
Elevated camp vibes in every detail!

Crisp, clean and modern. One of the prettiest ways to dress up a clear tent. ✨

Champagne Dreams! 🥂
These tabletop details are a fave from the past year featuring our white plates, natural napkins, square wine glasses, ribbed water glasses and bentwood chairs.

I was super lucky to work for @ellienisbetphotography in October as her assistant for two beautiful weddings at The Griffin House. She has graciously let me edit and share my photos for my portfolio (thank you so much Ellie🥰). I am excited to share more from these two perfect days!! You’ll see a mix of wedding photos and some behind the scenes pictures of the creators involved in each day!
