2024 gratitude 🌸

What a year—a vivid kalidescope of emotions: sorrow, joy, resilience, and revelation. A year that tested me with bitter truths and dark moments, yet gifted me with the pure love and ecstasy. I am deeply humbled by the challenges that shaped me, the downfalls that grounded me, and the ascensions that expanded my capacity to love.

It began at my childhood home—a return to my roots. From this grounding space, life began to shift in ways I had prayed for. I found the softlife, joined @iamsahararose’s “Speak with Soul” course, collaborated on community projects, and landed a remote job that opened the door to a dream: living overseas. Step by step, I turned that vision into reality.

India became home for six transformative months, bringing me closer to source and revealing the raw beauty of existence. The summer heat was relentless—a baptism by fire—but it taught me that purification happens through the fire . Amidst the trials, I found grounding, shared ecstatic dances, and hosted my first Tantric women’s circles. I wandered sacred places like Dharmshala, Kasar Devi, Nainital, and Varanasi, tasting the desi essence of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Each step felt like a pilgrimage into the heart of reality.

Mid-year, I returned to the U.S. to surprise my sister for her bachelorette in Charleston. Pure joy overflowed as I jumped out of the closet to see herater travelling 20hours in secret. I leaned into family closeness, laughed with childhood friends, cast my vote for unity and equality (even as the outcome stung), and mourned the loss of our beloved Kashi. Yet, amidst grief, we celebrated life with my sister’s wedding, a union of light and love.

As the year waned, I returned to India to savor every remaining moment. I attended my first Punjabi-Himachali wedding, celebrated tradition, and on the 179th day, crossed into Nepal. Following the Buddha trail and on the way to Kathmandu; I am walking into deeper wisdom, surrender, and wonder.

2024 was a journey. A bridge between past and future. A reminder of the sacred magic in simply being alive.

I COULD LITERALLY CRY TEARS OF JOY FOR MY SWEET SWEET BEN!!

Ben has been a hard gainer all his life and after 6+ months together we are up 20lbs, strength is through the roof, looking swole asf, confident in our body, and sustaining a more consistent eating schedule.

Ben trains 2x/wk full body and THATS IT lol. We literally have implemented zero cardio although he does enjoy sports and is a pretty active and social person.

But we DID have to learn how to eat 3-4 consistent meals per day and we bulked for a good 6 months.

We did NOT count calories. We just focused on ADDING higher calorie foods where we could like peanut butter, oil, and granola!!!

Not everyone’s gaining season is gonna look like Ben’s as it was a more lax, less calculated approach but this is what worked for him 😋

Link in bio to work with me!
