Breaking my social media hiatus after a crazy end of summer push that sent me into a bit of a funk and health spiral. Between flying to France and back, working on the next chapter of our charter business, cruising down the coast to premiere our Drift Theory Field Notes series. getting sick 4 times within 2 months, it’s been harder than usual to find time to just be a human. But luckily I have the greatest partner I could ever ask for, supportive friends, big things on the horizon, and the ability to heal myself through whole foods, rest, and some tcm remedies. These last two weeks of “work” sailing around the Channel Islands were definitely healing for the soul too. Life is what we make of it

We spend a long time looking for what to recommend in our monthly ‘List of Useful Recommendations’. The really useful part happens when we decide what stays: is it designed with care and integrity? Will it be a joy to use? Does it function well? Will I want it once the novelty of the new has passed?

With pleasure.
