Although this year didn’t go as expected, I still made the most of it. Thank you to everyone who has stayed by my side during my recovery. I am so incredibly grateful I was placed on a team with so many amazing friends. Some things may come as a surprise, but it is important you keep a positive attitude. This year I was able to step into a leadership role and help so many teammates. I am so thankful for everyone this season and I can’t wait to see what next year brings.

photos from recital <3

spent most of the time being silly, being super exhausted, relaxing, being with family (just my mother when it wasn’t the show that they had tickets for), and spending a ton of time at a piano.
this year has been so special. this is like the first time i’ve felt truly included in things (except for the group pictures but that was my fault). i will cherish these memories for a lifetime.

now,
on to nationals...

Spotlight on Dance Acro! 🤸🏻‍♀️❤️

In Dance Acro, the curriculum prioritizes skills that can be performed safely and gracefully on a hard dance floor, whereas gymnastics focuses on high-impact power skills designed for a sprung floor. In these classes, dancers can practice learning these skills on mats and trampolines until they progress to the floor.

Our dance Acro classes run Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays and are open to all skill levels. Hope to see you there! 🤩

What a weekend at Inferno Dance Competition 🔥💃
We stayed at a hotel, had late-night swimming with dance friends, quick changes, hair supplies everywhere… all the chaos that somehow turns into the best memories.
I am SO proud of my girls 🤍
Emmy’s contemporary piece was chosen for the showcase (!!) which was such a special moment to watch, she’s grown so much as a dancer!
And Margie absolutely crushed it too 🥹 Her hip hop earned Platinum (Inside Out), 2nd in her division/age group, AND a Stand Out Routine award. Watching her confidence build on stage is just the best feeling.
Their Toy Story production took 1st place with an Elite Platinum (so fun to watch!), and our studio received an Exceptional Performance award 🏆
These weekends are exhausting and nonstop… but getting to watch them do what they love, grow, and shine in their own ways makes every second worth it.
So, so proud to be a part of @jamhopsdanceco 💫I love being their dance mom!
