S L O W down. Be present. Take it all in. Experience each moment with all of your senses. This is what Mindfulness teaches us. It teaches us to live in the moment without passing judgment, without letting our own perception hijack the experience. To be Mindful is to be and to be is where life truly is. Come join us April 4-7 or April 11-14 for a beautiful Retreat where I will be leading a Workshop on Mindfulness and there will be much more! It will be a transformational, life changing weekend.
