Sekretas: Hidden Bloom

A short film created in collaboration with cinematographer Jonas Kisielius.

At the heart of this film is Aušra’s daughter, appearing not only as a child in nature, but as a reflection of the younger self who once gathered flowers and built small hidden worlds beneath glass.

The film explores creativity as memory, ritual, and transformation. It returns to the origins of Aušra’s artistic instinct long before it was understood as art.
Moving between land and studio, past and present, Sekretas: Hidden Bloom reveals how these early gestures continue to shape her practice today.

For our kitchen installation contribution to the Genbrug! exhibition at the @danisharchitecturecenter, @benjamin_hesselholdt and @idabentzzzen created a small documentation of our approach and way of working.

A big thanks to the whole team and to @statenskunstfond for supporting the project. And also to Søndergaard ApS for collaborating with us on their demolition site at Søagerskolen in Smorum, which became both a case and a material source for the installation.

At alt for mange omklædningsrum desværre står tomme.

Kampagnen sætter fokus på det, som det gode omklædningsrum kan - og opfordrer til at skabe trygge rum for fællesskab og mangfoldighed – uden filtre og idealer. For fællesskabet starter i omklædningsrummet. Det fortjener at blive brugt. Passet på. Og fyldt med liv. For fællesskabets bedste. For holdets skyld.

Soeren approached me to do a behind the scenes video of his latest fashion show - I obviously said yes, but pitched, that we did an art house film instead of a follow cam. So happy that he jumped on the idea, and was ready to create a beautiful video of his beautiful universe 🖤
