Just binge watched Season 2 of Chad Powers. Really enjoyed it!! Love how bizarre it is!! And because I’m bad at posting and forgot to do this last year, here’s a throwback to helping produce a Season 1 influencer shoot with the cast from the show. We shot this at SM College! Love a shoot I can walk to! :-)

Also, Glen Powell is one of the nicest people! Fun Hollywood story, he remembered when John and I met him at Paul’s house sometime after our wedding in Venice in 2022. Top Gun Maverick had just come out that summer before. At Paul’s we told him about our wedding and he wanted to see pictures. We also had Edie with us… which is probably the real reason he remembered us! Edie has quite the fan club! Maybe Edie inspired him to get a dog that is easy to travel with. During the shoot last year, he brought his dog Brisket!

Thanks to the Disney and Hulu team for bringing me on that shoot!

Go Fish!

I don’t often design “podcast” sets, but when i do I try to jam in a little production value, breaking away from the redundant wood slat walls and flat to the wall seating. Stellar shoot for @paradiseonhulu that was extra challenging as we had to shoot in LA and then a few weeks later duplicate the set in NY, so thanks for my epic teams @avgsets @readysetinc in both towns for pulling it off as always🙏🏻❤️
Much love and thanks to Director @janicemolinari for trusting the vision, as well as @randyjacksonjr @benjaminjroybal @wolf_wickes and all the CMP team as well as the rock n roll team @hstlproductions for being super epic to work with in both LA and NY!

I’ve been very blessed in my career to design and create some epic sets, and transforming this soundstage into an art deco theater for @theacademy and @abc is definitely no exception. Huge thanks to @retrofitfilms @chrishanada and @courtneyprather for running the most chill well oiled machine, and of course my epic team who grinded to put this all together in record time with great attitudes attached! @tyler_gattoni @goforcj44 @victor_gonzalez_10000 @ventura_6186 @aka___bk @meganruiz @dominiclee1 @nicstanz @creatorjulian @anchovyfanclub and all involved! Breathing the Magic of Disney and the Zombies franchise into the holiday season 🌲 🎁 🎅 with this epic project (which also happens to be the catchiest track ever.) Much love to @eleklars @ashleyrandall for always pushing the creative and not settling for anything sub par. Also @jmacdp for always crushing the cinematography. Very solid to have the band back together❤️ Much love @wearecanyonroad for dominating production as always, as well as @benjaminjroybal and @itsmescotty_b for supporting the creative!!🙏🏻🙏🏻 Also my stellar team who helped transport these sound stages into a winter wonderland!!!!!❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 #productiondesign #productiondesigner #designer #designers #film #filmandtv #adg #artdirectorsguild #union #losangeles #disney #holidays #holiday #music #happiestplaceonearth #musical #zombies #disneychannel #hollywood #artist #artistsofinstagram #skatingrink #magic #video #coreography #artists #zombies #movie #behindthecamera #team #teamwork

Beyond humbled not only to attend, but design the Disney Creative Summit for the second year in a row.
In this themed world of “Tomorrowland” I wanted to create 2 environments. The presentation area that catapulted us to the future was a living, breathing environment of light, sound, spherical shapes and an unhinged symphony of symmetry allowing our attendees to fully absorb our guest speakers enlightening words.
My second environment was a playful sound, shape and light driven environment meant to nurture the inner child whilst evoking play and creativity.
Beyond thankful to everyone at Disney and CMP for trusting me with the vision, especially @wolf_wickes ❤️🙏🏻 for your support constantly in our tireless work on this epic event❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻🌊, @ryansibbio @benjaminjroybal and @debbierobot for keeping this amazing engine running and forward moving, @oscarisraelchavez and team for lighting the hell out of this also @aaronhgoldman for believing in the final vision!🙏🏻❤️ also everyone at CMP, the best in the biz, as well as @wearecanyonroad for managing this beast.
Huge shout outs to all my crew for crushing
as well as @trentpark who who ran an impeccable show and took the term master of ceremonies to new heights!!!!
If I’m forgetting anyone, I’ll make up for it in the tags❤️🙏🏻

I enter through your window, like an evanescent sunbeam. Invisible but warm, enveloping. I let you listen to my rhythm, I let you think about many things... I tear a smile on your face and, I stay in your mind like a halo. I am indelible if I want to, bringing you cheerfulness, serenity and peace. You feel secure, confident that you are not losing what are your strengths. Let yourself be bewitched, dazzled is how the sun does it! It quiets your soul, fills your heart. You need this!
