Things you could be doing at home:

🦔 Chasing an escaped hedgehog
🍳 Making a very important omelette, this time with chives
📺 Watching The Traitors from a normal distance
🥂 Hosting your fellow hedgehog enthusiasts

And things you could be doing just outside your door? Exploring Rittenhouse Square, grabbing coffee, and enjoying everything Center City has to offer 🌳☕

At 1813 Spruce Street, Unit 4R, you get the best of both worlds: a place to call your own and one of Philly’s most beloved neighborhoods just steps away. Whether you’re staying in for the night or heading out to explore, this is city living at its best 🏙️✨

How’s Ben doing now that his pretend kid is back in school? Great. Not sad at all.

He’s finding healthy ways to cope:
🦔 Filling the emotional void with hedgehogs
🍳 Making an omelette for one
🪞 Questioning who he is if not a parent
🏠 Finding literally anything to do to stay busy

Luckily, there’s plenty to keep you busy at 926 Catharine St. Cook something in the gorgeous kitchen, hang out on the patio, enjoy the balcony, reinvent yourself… really, anything to avoid admitting you miss your kid.

✨ HAPPY CLOSING ✨

A new home, more space, and a fresh chapter in West Philly! 🏡

Here’s what Ben had to say: “Nate was a first time homebuyer looking for more space in West Philly after living in the same apartment for over ten years. We found him a great space with plenty of storage, on a timeline that lets him move on a humane schedule. Great working with you Nate!”

Congratulations, Nate! We’re so happy Ben could help you find the right place to call home ✨

The Ben Camp Fringe Fund was created to support artists producing work for the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, helping turn creative ideas into reality. This year, Ben and Simon let the wheel do the honors, randomly selecting this year’s recipients.

Two winners have already been announced, but four more are still waiting to hear their names. We’ll reveal another recipient every Monday over the next four weeks, so keep following along to see who the wheel selected 🎭
