Detroit… we’re coming.

The festival run continues.

After incredible audience reactions at the Big Apple Film Festival and being spotlighted in the upcoming Hip Hop Film Festival, @half.past.thirty is honored to be an Official Selection of the 2026 @detblackfilmfest .

This journey has always been bigger than one screening. It’s about telling authentic stories that reflect our communities, our struggles, our laughter, and our growth.

To everyone who’s watched, shared, supported, and believed in this series—thank you. Every festival selection is another reminder that independent Black storytelling belongs on the biggest stages.

See you in Detroit.
