What a fucking year it’s been for us at Kingdom Audio. Considering we only started in October 2022, things really came into perspective for us over the course of this year, I started the label with an intention to make an impact on the scene I grew up with and have grown to love, I wanted to start something that would make a positive impact on not just my life but other peoples too & it’s safe to say I think we’re well on our way :) Some highlights of the year for us: 1. Being nominated for Best Newcomer label at the Drum & Bass Arena Awards - this one speaks for itself, just couldn’t believe it 2. Getting our first Label takeover was always a massive deal for us & we got booked by the boys at Pulsify 💚 3. Getting my residents their first Edinburgh show, getting to meet each other for the first time & having one of the funnest times of my life, really grateful for this 4. Hitting 5k which was our first major milestone, and getting verified aswell, I remember having the biggest smile on my face and just constantly looking at that blue badge and realising how far we’ve came, no feeling like it 5. We managed to get our first Juno #1 best selling across all genres, on a project which was so important to me and every artist who was involved as they’re the ones who’ve gotten us to where we are today, a #1 was always a major bucket list goal for me when i started :) There’s plenty more I’m sure but these are the ones that remind me why I do this, none of it would be possible without every single person who supports us - whether it’s downloading a tune, showing one of our tracks to your friend, buying our merch, or just talking about us, none of it would be possible without the incredible support and community we’ve built over the last year & I literally thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Next year is going to be insane for us, believe me when I say that, expect music across all branches of the jump up tree, bigger and fresh artists you’ve not seen on the label before, and releases that will blow your mind Here’s to 2024, and thank you again from the bottom of my heart. 2 days to go and we cannot wait to send off 2023 with a bang for our final event of the year 💥 for this night we thought we’d utilise the whole @bongoclub.edinburgh space, bringing two floors of madness! We’re stoked to announce Scottish dnb label @kingdomaudiouk will be taking over room 2 all night long this Thursday 😮‍💨 Hailing from Edinburgh, Kingdom Audio is a brand-new jump up drum and bass record label, established in October of 2022 that has taken the scene by storm. Within their first year of being a label, they have not only amassed almost 6 thousand followers and 800 thousand plays across their Soundcloud, they have had their music played across festivals like Rampage Open Air, Creamfields and not to mention countless clubs across the world - they had their debut track played by Charlie Tee on Radio 1 & the very same track hit #1 on the Hypeddit Charts for an entire week, they also recently achieved their first #1 Best Selling Release across all genres on Juno with their year anniversary compilation “Rise of Kingdom” and have just been nominated for Best Newcomer Label in this years official Drum & Bass Arena Awards. All of these milestones within the first year tell us that Kingdom Audio are not to be messed with. With 2024 looking ever so bright, with exciting plans for releases from bigger artists, multiple remixes of their biggest hits and the calendar starting to fill up with bookings for the boys, we are excited to see what’s to come. expect the best of jump up Flavours from head honcho @benkingdnb as he invites up @defez.dnb @error_dnb and @ginx_uk to rep the brand name. Final release tickets are available via our link in bio or the Bongo Club website 🎫
