What a year. Ending it with 34(!) transactions, and over $230,000(!) negotiated to my clients. 🥳 THANK YOU to all the wonderful folks that trusted me. Beyond such fulfilling work, I’m cementing this one on the grid. This year was a bucket list trip to Hawaii (snorkeling with turtles, authentic luau, and climbing an active volcano 🌋), becoming part-OWNER of a title company (yes, this goofball). It was countless karaoke rooms and DJ setups with best friends. It was an unreal stay at the Ritz London (including tea time with official 007 champagne🤵‍♂️), and biking along the Seine in Paris (stayed across from the Louvre while it was getting heisted). 2025 was a new look, logo, and website to reflect my growing brand! It was continuing to love Philly in new and old ways. Many of our weekends were spent at libraries, bookstores, museums, and tennis courts (and a summer staycation at the Four Seasons, per tradition). Coming home to our little home on our leafy corner still never gets old. Hmm, did anything else happen?.. OH YEAH, how about Philadelphia Magazine feature, and a 3 floor yacht party?! 😂 We’ll leave pics of those off for now, but they were my absolute highlights!! Year after year, the same song plays over again, clearer and better every time. You keep waiting for it to get old, but then it dawns on you that it’s *your* song, and it always will be. And I find myself continually compelled to go up, and request it gets played just one more time. 🫂Much love in 2026 from me to you!! 💌

dear 2024, 2024 felt a little like a step backwards. although, sometimes you have to take 1 step backwards to go 3 steps forward. there’s a lot i want to do this year and a lot i want to accomplish. i have seen so many of my favorite artists this year it’s actually insane, i’ll love 2024 for that. ive done so many fun things this year with the people i love and ive made life long memories. thank you to my friends for sticking around and always being there for me when i can’t be there for myself. you guys inspire me everyday and i am forever grateful to know you. i love you all dearly. thank you for the memories once again… now be gone and hello 2025!
