Installed above the historic railway at the heart of Caroline Station, this new signage is the result of a collaboration between local artist Ben Leone and our tenants at Gather & Seek, who designed the lettering for the piece. A reflection of the history running through this property and the people helping shape it today.

New signage now hangs above the railway — a collaborative installation between Gather & Seek and West Palm Beach artist Ben Leone, made happen by FXS Executes, with lettering designed by the Gather & Seek team at their office space right here on site. An added detail that honors the history running through this property, and the community that continues to shape it.

Grateful to have presented at @floridapublicart (Florida Association of Public Art Professionals) yesterday alongside an incredible group of artists.
I shared how my studio practice translates into public art through Botanical Preserve—thinking through material as methodology, ecological systems, and how the project evolves through environmental interaction over time.
Thank you to Sybille for organizing and for your leadership in shaping public art in Palm Beach County, and to @wpbaipp for the opportunity, and to everyone in the room for the thoughtful engagement. Honored to be part of this conversation and community.

With two weeks until commencement, there’s a lot happening at Carolina. It’s a busy and energizing season, but one of the most rewarding times of the year.

Art plays an important role in shaping our campus, making our spaces more engaging, welcoming, and connected.

At Steven D. Bell Hall, that impact is already visible through the many works of art on display. The installation of “The Orchid (And The I-Beam)” by Carolina alumnus Ben Leone adds a meaningful presence to the Kenan-Flagler campus and reflects the creativity and collaboration that define this community.

Grateful to Tom Kenan for his generosity in making this installation possible, to Ben Leone for his remarkable work, and to Larry Wheeler and my wife, Liza Roberts, for their guidance in bringing it to Carolina.
