In the season of celebration, graduation, and transformation, I was thrilled to partner with @bennett_college to plan and host the "Belle Bash" for the President, students and staff of the college.💙🔔

Nothing says summer time like a good BBQ! So we transformed Bennett's ballroom into the ultimate party space. In addition to the food and DJ, I created personalized activity stations and interactive moments...

⭐️Belle Bash Bingo (HBCU edition)
⭐️Build-A-Belle (Bracelet) W/ custom bell charm
⭐️Belle Bar (Mocktails)
⭐️Photo Booth
⭐️Dance Battle (for giveaways)
⭐️Farewell Book (attendees to sign)

From conception, to production and hosting it was a joy to fill the room with fun and fellowship at Bennett College! Thank you to the incredible faculty for your assistance, the party-goers, and the legendary President Walsh...nobody does it like you! 💃🏽🪩

But why did it feel like we were about to get kicked out of ACES 😭 nothing like singing the alma mater, at our alma mater, during Baccalaureate. True to thee 🫶🏾🛎️💙

Belle Miriam Richardson ’25, who graduated magna cum laude this past Saturday, was recently featured on WGHP Fox 8 News, where she shared her powerful journey of turning pain into purpose. A first-generation college graduate, Miriam faced unimaginable loss, losing both parents just weeks apart during her junior year. Despite it all, she persevered, dedicating herself to her studies and leaning on her Belle sisters for support.

Her strength and resilience are nothing short of inspiring, and we are incredibly proud of all that Miriam has accomplished!

No one succeeds alone. That’s the power of stewardship—showing up, giving back, and building forward together.

It was an honor for José and I to make a philanthropic commitment to @bennett_college in honor of my mother, a proud Bennett Belle, and @bennettpres_sew.

I had the privilege of speaking at A Celebration of Suzanne Elise Walsh, JD: A Champion for Creating Equitable Futures, an evening that celebrated visionary leadership and generational impact. To be in the room with my mother and contribute to a future that uplifts women, education, and equity…that’s how legacy is carried forward.

This moment is about continuing to build for the next generation of Bennett Belles shaping what comes next. Because it's never about just one of us, it's all of us.⚡️
