Not going to lie, life has been really good to me lately 🙌🏻
My focus and work of the past years to intentionally surround myself with incredible humans, to let go of what no longer serves me, to elevate my business, and most important to truly understand that boundaries are necessary, while continuing my internal growth, has fully come together this year 🤍

Birthday month wrapped up 🤍

I felt anxious about this one, not because of the number, but because it also marks the anniversary of my dad’s passing 💔
Our relationship was complicated in recent years, but last year he ensured that we’d always be connected, in both birth and death.

Reflecting on this past year leaves me nearly speechless.
I’m searching for the right words, but they’re hard to find.
It’s been one of those years that strips everything away, only to lead you back to yourself 🤍
I have no words for the pain I had to go through and, at the same time, for the strength I rediscovered within myself.

I’m speechless at the immense growth and transformation I experienced in such a short time, and yet so grateful for how much more at home I feel in my own skin.

I’m still catching my breath and adjusting to this new version of myself, familiar yet transformed. I still wake up feeling angry, while at the same time being amazed at how I’ve learned to channel my energy and balance my mind and body.
It’s a weird state to be in.

But the most beautiful lesson I’ve learned is about the love of those who showed up for me, no words needed, just support, being with me in silence when I couldn’t find the words ♥️
Friendships have always meant the world to me, and this year truly brought them full circle. Thank you.

This year has been a rollercoaster 🖤
It was one of the most challenging years of my life. But also, in a weird way, probably one of the most significant years.
It felt heavy in many ways, and often I felt lost and overwhelmed.
This year I was forced to be very honest with myself and my needs, I stopped trying to make myself small, and I got comfortable with the space I am taking up for myself.

This year is also the year my soul people, loved ones, and friends from all over the world came to visit me and showered me with love, kindness, laughter, and support!
Core memories were created that will make me happy for a long time.

Thank you to every one of you who showed up for me this year. I forgot how loved I am, and it felt incredibly good to be reminded of that.

With pain, and uncomfortableness always comes growth, and I feel more connected to myself than ever before.
I am learning to accept that change happens in ways we don’t expect it to and that every moment is temporary.
It has been a year of hurting so bad but living so good. The balance of nature.

With this all being said, I am deciding to focus on THE living so good ♥️

Thank you, 2022, for the lessons!
