And no, contrary to popular belief, we don’t challenge our clients with higher levels of mA just to watch them suffer 🤣

Max Tolerance: Why We Chase Compensation💪🏼⚡️

Most systems aren’t failing because of weakness.
They’re failing because of disorganized protection.

When intensity rises, compensation surfaces.
And that’s the moment we pay attention — not back off.

We intentionally raise stimulation levels until the system shows us its limits:
🔸 Bracing
🔸 Shifting
🔸 Facial guarding
🔸 Muscle overflow

These aren’t errors — they’re signals.
And they’re the entry point for change.

Because if the nervous system can’t handle high charge without fragmenting,
it won’t handle high movement demand either.

We don’t chase clean reps.
We chase compensations — because reorganizing those is what unlocks the outputs.

Yes, over time this work improves motion, strength, confidence, and pain.
But it happens because we address the pattern beneath it all.

Compensation isn’t the problem.
It’s the roadmap.

🧠 Study the output.
⚡ Change the input.
🔁 Rewire the system.
