Just saying.

Was soll ich sagen?

Egal was es kostet.

Also Ja. Das Gym. Das Bodybuilding. Das war und ist meine Therapie. Und ja. Das Gym. Das Bodybuilding. Können durchaus ein Lebensretter sein. Es ist mein Ventil. Mein Psychotherapeut. Mein Hobby und meine Leidenschaft.

Over the past 2 years, I've changed pretty much everything about my life. I stopped chasing. I stopped competing with others. I stopped calling people friends, who wouldn't call me the same. My circle got smaller and smaller. But here's the kicker: The less people I had around me, the more the quality of the friendships remaining increased. It's not about how big your circle is. It's about how strong it is.

Stop comparing yourself to others. Stop trying to live a life others want for you. True joy of life begins, when you finally start doing things for you. And yes. They will talk. They will call you names for doing so. But who cares? We only got one chance on this earth. Why not do the things YOU want. The things that make YOU happy?

Become the main attraction of your own life, bro.
Comeon, time's running fast!

Trust me. 2026 was the year I came back. But we'll make some people really mad with my next magic trick😝 Shape's gonna be ridiculous😝

Once yoz start enjoying being alone. Or in a very small circle, life actually starts becoming really good. Why? Because you finally realize that you are enough. That you're the only one you should try to impress and make proud. You learn to surround yourself with people who vibe with you, rather than trying to fit in and get people to like you. So. Be you. Do it for yourself. Be happy, bro. Life's great❤️

There are two types of people im this world.
The first type: Always moaning and btching about how unfair everything is. They think that a WISH for a change will make everything right and if it doesn't, then they're the victims of a broken society.

Then there's the second type: We know exactly how this goes. If you want something, you gotta go get it. If you're mad about things, you gotta be the one changing it. We know that you shouldn't hate the player. Study the game. Use it for yourself. Take the ball and run with it. Society isn't the reason why you're failing. YOU ARE THE REASON. So: Be the reason why you're WINNING. AND STOP. FKING. CRYING.
