Some cars simply demand attention.

British luxury, breathtaking design and serious road presence. From the sweeping lines to that extraordinary colour, this was one of the real showstoppers of this year’s Cannonball.

A huge thank you to @bentley_belfast for bringing this magnificent Bentley to the Cannonball line-up.

We didn’t expect any car to be this good, but we were so wrong..

The 2026 Bentley Continental GT S is in a league of its own when it comes to the mix of luxury and performance that it provides.

4.0L twin-turbo V8 producing 671bhp, 930Nm and 0-100 in just 3.5 seconds, paired with that sensational Akrapovic exhaust for just enough noise to let everyone within a mile know your coming

This example is finished in Apple Green, which is a ballsy color for a Bentley but in the Irish countryside it really works, and turns what is usually an inconspicuous car into a proper head turner

For the price of a small house you’d expect it to be good, but it’s better than you think

High powered hybrids done right 🤌

The 2026 Continental GT S is powered by Bentleys Hybrid V8 which delivers 930NM of torque and 671bhp. This translates into an acceleration from 0-100kmh in just 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 308kmh.. 💨

Power isn’t the only important part however. The car also features an active chassis system with all wheel drive, all wheel steering, active roll control system, torque vectoring and loads more game changing technology that makes this car an incredible thing to drive

The contrast between the Akrapovic sports exhaust system popping and burbling through country roads, and cruising around town in complete silence in EV mode is our favorite part of this car. A perfect blend of luxury and sportiness all in one package ⚡️⛽️

Thanks to @bentley_belfast for letting us try this example out. An experience that kind of ruined driving every other car 🫨

If you know, you know!

Meet the Bentley Batur Convertible. An ultra limited run of 16 cars which all are entirely hand built and bespoke by Mulliner in Crewe. Words can’t describe how comfortable and other worldly the Batur is when it comes to driving, I cannot thank the team at Charles Hurst Bentley for allowing me to experience this opportunity for the Cannonball Ireland 26’ event. You know who you are!

Everyone needs vitamin B..

We recently had the pleasure of testing this 2026 Bentley Continental GT S from @bentley_belfast and frankly it’s one of the best cars we’ve driven yet 🤌

Its most impressive feat by far is its dual personality.

One minute you’re cruising in E Drive in complete silence, cooling massaging seat on, wafting through the roads, immersed in the incredible Naim premium sound system, then flick it into sport and it stiffens up, the twin-turbo V8 takes control and deafens all pedestrians with its titanium Akrapovic exhaust.

A lot of money for a car, but a LOT of car for the money.

Yes the W12 is gone, but let’s not forget the benefit of the hybrid V8 system. Less emissions means lower VRT, low tax, cheaper running costs and more power, producing 670bhp and a gut wrenching 930nm of torque..

Fair play Bentley 🇬🇧
